Please read through all of my policies before you book: 1. APPOINTMENT ONLY 2. Please no kids or guests 3. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appt will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service booked and no shows charged 30% of the service booked. Rescheduling within 24 hours still counts as a late cancellation & takes that spot away from someone else. 4. I have a 15 minute grace period, after that we will need to reschedule- a late cancel fee will still apply 5. Have your form of payment ready at the time of your appt, it helps my schedule run smoothly. I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, & Card(3.5% processing fee). All appts require a card on file, but this is just to secure your spot and your card has NOT yet been charged for the service. If your Zelle or Venmo isn’t set up before hand, I will have you pay card to keep my other clients on schedule. 6. I have the right to refuse service to an unhealthy nail, infection, or anything that may need to be referred to a podiatrist/physicianBusiness Hours
